The most important part

LuminNest is educational support for caregivers — warm, research-grounded ideas for everyday moments. It is notmedical care, therapy, clinical advice, or a substitute for your child’s doctors, therapists, or teachers. Decisions about your child are always yours, made with their real-life team.

If you or your child are in danger or crisis, don’t use an app. Call 911 (or your local emergency number), or call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US).

Your account

LuminNest is for adults (18+) caring for a child. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Plans & billing (at launch)

Free is free — no credit card. Families is $19/month, or $179/year on the annual plan. Cancel anytime; if you cancel a paid plan you keep access through the period you paid for. Checkout isn’t open yet — we won’t charge anyone for a product that isn’t finished.

Your content and ours

What you write and your child’s Spark Map are yours. The Spark Kits we generate for you are yours to use, print, and share with the people who care for your child — teachers, sitters, grandparents. The LuminNest name, characters, and app are ours.

Fair use

Please don’t abuse the service — no scraping, reselling, breaking things on purpose, or using it for anything unlawful.

Honesty about limits

We work hard to ground every answer in real research, and we show our sources — but no tool is perfect and no strategy works for every child. LuminNest is provided “as is,” and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.
